Healthy, Creative, and Productive by Painting
Various art activities can be tried to make your life more
enjoyable and your mind relaxed. for example: singing, playing music, dancing,
drawing, and painting. Of course, adjust it to your preferences or talents so
that you do it without feeling forced.
Many studies reveal Emotional Quotient (EQ) aka emotional
intelligence plays an important role in success than just Intelligent
Quotionent (IQ). A high IQ is not a guarantee of success, although a fairly
good IQ score is still needed.
In other words, a balance between mind and emotional
intelligence needs to be possessed by everyone to achieve success and happiness
in life.
The role of EQ is increasingly important at this time. The
flow of information is getting faster and more and more through the internet
whose truth still needs to be checked. However, often the information manages
to make a lot of people panic, even frustrated for things that don't really
need to be worried about. Mental maturity is increasingly demanded in today's
humans.
There are five components of EQ, namely: self-awareness, the
ability to think before acting (self-regulation), tolerance for the environment
(social awareness), the ability to influence others (social regulation), and
the desire to work on behalf of others. the basis of love for something that is
not only based on money (motivation).

Painting is an activity
that is really fun, emotionally we pour feelings into 2-dimensional images in a
flat plane.
It's been at least two
years for us to stay at home and work at home during the pandemic, we will
definitely be faced with feeling bored while doing activities in one room every
day. So to get rid of boredom we can do different activities such as painting
or other fields of art.
